Warranty Work and Service Centers
All of our new products are backed by at least a one year manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers offer a two year warranty on their higher quality products.
Purchasing a electric generator from United Generators is just like purchasing one from a home improvement warehouse.
If your product needs servicing while it is under warranty, you can take it to one of the manufacturer's authorized service centers, who will repair the product for free. If it is not under warranty you can find a repair center in the Yellow Pages under the "Generator" listing in most cases.
